This agreement (the "Agreement") is between Air City Service (the "Service Provider") and the customer (the "Customer"), for the provision of car service or airport shuttle transfer (the "Service"). Service Details: The Service Provider agrees to provide the Service to the Customer, as specified in the booking confirmation. Payment: The Customer agrees to pay the total cost of the Service, as specified in the booking confirmation. Payment can be made using the payment method selected during the booking process. Cancellation Policy: The Customer may cancel the reservation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time without penalty and receive a full refund. If the Customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time or fails to show up for the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Liability Waiver: The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the Service. Privacy Policy: The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any personal information provided to the Service Provider will be used only for the purpose of providing the Service and will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is provided. By checking the approval field (checkbox) on the booking form, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
